Our Story

Forsyth Family Dental's roots in this community run deep. In January of 2015, Dr. Nathan Woodward and his family relocated to Forsyth, Missouri, purchasing the established practice of Drs. Ed and A. Hammons Schanda — a practice that had already earned the trust of Taney County residents over many years. Rather than starting from scratch, Dr. Woodward chose to honor that legacy while bringing his own commitment to thorough, relationship-driven dentistry. That continuity matters: patients who had been seen here for decades didn't have to start over, and new families moving into the area found a practice with genuine roots in the community.
